Abstract
A catalogue of seventy-seven problems in fundamental physics that have been examined within the Bootstrap Universe framework, together with their proposed resolutions. This is a record of work done, not a survey of all outstanding problems. The framework derives physical constants and phenomena from the axiom of self-referential unity through icosahedral geometry on S³, three-phase dimensional coupling, and the Grandi series.
