Abstract

A covariant, experimentally anchored route to synthetic magnetic monopoles is developed for theMetaTime One “core + mantle” architecture, updated to the MetaTime v45 geometric paradigmin which electromagnetism is not an independent sector but the off-diagonal connection Aµ of afive-dimensional Kaluza–Klein (KK) metric. In this setting, a monopole is not a hidden particleor portal-induced leakage; it is a purely geometric defect: a nontrivial U(1) fiber bundle (twist)of the KK circle over spatial two-spheres, characterized by an integer Chern number.
