## The Δ-Variable Theory of Interrogative Emergence **Testing Substrate-Independent Emergence of Interrogative Structures Under Resource Constraints in Multi-Agent Coordination Systems** ### Project Overview This project tests the theoretical proposition that interrogative structures (question-asking behaviors) emerge in coordinating systems not as linguistic phenomena, but as optimal solutions to uncertainty management under resource constraints.
