Abstract
This manuscript aims to analyse the inclusion of human rights in the context of decent work. To this end, the current challenges to achieving the end of all forms of forced or compulsory labour were analysed. The Federal Constitution has human dignity as one of its pillars, considering work to be a social and fundamental right of all. The research was developed using qualitative methods, based on theoretical and methodological approaches of an exploratory, bibliographic and documentary nature.
