A Short Bridge from Set-Based CLTM to the Mass/Notebook Pipeline
Indexed indatacite
Abstract
This note provides a short bridge between the set-based formulation of the Certified Local-Transcript Model (CLTM) and the transcript-to-notebook pipeline with completion-mass bounds. Its role is translational and organizational rather than foundational: it aligns the residual compatible-completion viewpoint with the notebook-conditioned mass viewpoint, restates the basic capacity argument in a safe existential form, isolates the conditional bridge package for the strong route, and clarifies that the Moore-style “Information Floor” should be read only as an explicit proxy rather than as a counting theorem. The note remains strictly within the declared model and does not claim P≠NP
