ICMM-FW-06 - Informational Multi-Scale Dynamics and Emergent Geometry

ICMM-FW-06 introduces a formal framework describing the dynamics of a fundamentally informational system within the ICMM (Information Complexe Multi-Magnétique) model. System configurations are represented as structured informational states connected through admissible transformations constrained by geometric and structural invariants.
