Control-Locus Saturation Across Adaptive and Administrative Systems: Cross-Locus Theory, Validation Logic, Controlled-Perturbation Methods, and Comparative Adjudication Targets

Indexed indatacite

Abstract

This deposit presents an integrated research suite on control-locus saturation, constraint accumulation, procedural closure, reversibility loss, and depletion-profitable equilibrium dynamics across adaptive systems, institutional oversight regimes, and administrative adjudication environments. The suite is organized as a cross-locus framework: Paper 1 formalizes the model locus, Paper 2 formalizes the oversight and coupling loci, and Paper 3 formalizes regime-level depletion-profitable equilibrium dynamics. These core papers are supported by a companion validation note, a cross-locus continuity annex, a standalone methods paper specifying the Controlled Perturbation and Repair Harness (CPRH), and a comparative…
