Abstract

DRC-369 is a technical specification for soulbound (non-transferable) NFTs that provide persistent cryptographic identity to AI agents on the Demiurge blockchain. Unlike conventional NFTs, DRC-369 tokens cannot be bought, sold, or transferred — they are permanently bound to an agent's W3C Decentralized Identifier (DID). Each token contains: the agent's public key, capability declarations, steward relationship, Q-Factor integrity baseline, and governance participation rights. The specification covers token structure, minting protocol, capability enforcement, lifecycle management (registration through retirement), and cross-chain atomic swap mechanisms for agent mobility between blockchain networks.
