DRC-369: A Soulbound NFT Standard for Persistent AI Agent Identity

DRC-369 is a technical specification for soulbound (non-transferable) NFTs that provide persistent cryptographic identity to AI agents on the Demiurge blockchain. Unlike conventional NFTs, DRC-369 tokens cannot be bought, sold, or transferred — they are permanently bound to an agent's W3C Decentralized Identifier (DID).
