Black Hole Entropy Corrections from Fractional Dynamics on the Sephirotic Graph

Abstract
We derive black hole entropy corrections from the MPFST fractional Laplacian with alpha=6/5 on the Sephirotic graph. The logarithmic correction c_log = -2/3 matches Asymptotic Safety gravity independently, while being distinct from LQG (-3/2) and string theory (-1/2). v2: Added dedicated section on convergence with Asymptotic Safety — two fundamentally different frameworks (discrete topology vs continuum RG) independently converge on identical predictions, suggesting a deeper mathematical structure. Zero free parameters.
