Ruwet, OTW Genah, Genah: A Triadic Framework of Human Self-Coherence

Abstract
This paper introduces a triadic operational framework for diagnosing and developing human readiness: Ruwet (systemic dissonance), OTW Genah (actively preparing readiness toward synchrony), and Genah (full 360‐degree coherence). Rooted simultaneously in Javanese lived experience, Taoist philosophy (Xiu Xin Yang Xing — 修心养性), and contemporary neuroscience, the framework argues that human ineffectiveness is not primarily a problem of intelligence, information, or intention — but of synchrony across all seven layers of self-language, from verbal expression down to cellular and epigenetic communication.
