Abstract
This work presents the Aurethion Framework as a structural and symbolic model for analysing institutional systems. The framework is developed through four analytical layers: sequential indexing, role-based abstraction, structural mapping, and latent condition analysis. These components provide a structured method for interpreting system behaviour through relational and positional dynamics. A qualitative case application within a public school context is included to demonstrate how institutional outcomes emerge from interactions between roles, policy constraints, and underlying structural conditions.
