Predictions from the Golden Logarithmic Spiral on a Cone: Cosmological Hierarchy, Black Hole Entropy, Hawking Radiation, and Belle II Signal

Abstract

We present a set of testable predictions derived from the conical golden logarithmic spiral geometry introduced in companion works. The construction is based on two geometric inputs: the golden ratio φ = (1 + √5)/2 and an effective cone half-angle α ≈ 17.5°. The cosmological hierarchy ρΛ/ρPl ~ 10^{-122} arises from a spiral step count N ≈ 292, decomposed into a geometric resonance N0 = 288 and a transferred correction ΔN = 4. Within the same framework, we identify geometric scaling relations for black hole entropy, logarithmic modulation patterns in Hawking-type spectra, and discrete energy structures in the GeV range.
