Abstract

We propose a geometric framework in which the cosmological hierarchy emerges from a logarithmic golden spiral defined on a conical surface.The construction is based on two geometric inputs: the golden angle and an effective cone half-angle . These parameters generate a discrete radial ladder with scale ratio .A distinguished resonance scale arises from the intrinsic spiral geometry.
