Abstract
Paper 6 in the Buddys Architecture Series. We present a damper architecture for multi-agent resilience, derived from two real failure events. A single sigmoid valve σ(−λE) controls flow, hot switching (39 ms), and automatic scaling. Extends Papers 1 (DNFO), 2 (DRM), and 5 (Core Reproducibility).
