On the Ontological Foundation of Cosmological Update Dynamics II: Distinguishability as the Origin of Existence

This work develops an ontological foundation for Cosmological Update Dynamics (CUD) based on distinguishability rather than nothingness. Absolute nothingness cannot be defined, observed, or described. Therefore, nothingness cannot serve as a starting point for cosmological theories. Instead, this work proposes distinguishability as the minimal ontological condition for existence.
