On the Ontological Foundation of Cosmological Update Dynamics II: Distinguishability as the Origin of Existence

Abstract

This work develops an ontological foundation for Cosmological Update Dynamics (CUD) based on distinguishability rather than nothingness. Absolute nothingness cannot be defined, observed, or described. Therefore, nothingness cannot serve as a starting point for cosmological theories. Instead, this work proposes distinguishability as the minimal ontological condition for existence. From this principle, we introduce: - ρ₁ : Minimal distinguishability unit- ρ field : Uniform ontological substrate- u : Accumulated structure- φ : Structural instability- Phase transitions : Cosmological restructuring Time is not fundamental but emerges from accumulation of distinguishability.
