Abstract

This document establishes the canonical policy governing certification marks, compliance labels, authorized-user status, suspension, revocation, and public-usage boundaries within the CAIS / Sal-Meter framework. It defines the formal rules for:(1) certification-mark ownership,(2) compliance-label usage,(3) authorized-user status,(4) scope-limited mark use,(5) suspension and revocation conditions,(6) external laboratory and contractor mark restrictions,(7) competition and derivative-system mark limits,and(8) registry, audit, interpretation, and update rules.
