Projective Octonionic Couplings, CKM Reconstruction, and Physical Reading of a Refined Champion Point

Abstract
Within a refined projective octonionic family, we identify a champion point reproducing simultaneously the five CKM observables (|V_us|, |V_cb|, |V_ub|, |J_CP|, |δ|_PDG) within 2σ of the PDG reference values. The point is reproducible across independent computational modules, unitary at machine precision, and stable under 10^-4 level perturbations. No CKM observable is injected as an input; the result is obtained by a constrained exploration of a finite family of internally motivated octonionic couplings.
