Abstract

The first cycle of the HγC programme has developed across a sequence of papers that introduced its relational-historical foundation, its accumulation-based mesoscopic description, its regime logic, its temporal threshold, its weak-field geometric reformulation, its cosmological extension, and its first restricted quantum-effective layer. The purpose of the present paper is not to add a new sector to that sequence, but to restate it as a single layered architecture.
