Abstract
This origin-layer bridge artifact in the cosmology lane of the Structural Flow library examines whether all persistent structure is structurally required to participate in time, integrate into a single historical ledger, and converge into a unified explanatory phase. Working from a minimal structural grammar in which time attachment is local, conditional, and paid rather than globally mandatory, the paper argues that non-integration is admissible, plurality of failure modes is unsurprising, and gravitational persistence need not automatically imply informational participation or shared historical completion.
