Abstract
Paper 45 of 45 in the Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) series. Closes the series with three contributions: (1) derives d*=4 as the crossover dimension where phi-scaling breaks down, showing the Wilson-Fisher fixed point merges with the free Gaussian theory at d=4, dissolving the depth-2 P,K generator pairing; consistent with eta = epsilon^2/54 vanishing at d=4 in the epsilon-expansion. (2) Assembles the universal phi-deviation axis from physics fixed points through healthy biology to pathology, unifying results from Papers 02, 03, 30, 32, 43, and 44.
