Operational Phenomenology and Falsifiable Predictions in the Harmonic–Spectral Framework

Indexed indatacite

Abstract

Companion paper to "Physical Structures Contained in the Hessian of a Harmonic Phase." Develops the operational and phenomenological aspects of the harmonic–spectral framework: emergent time orientation, operational Lorentzian metric, coherence tubes, geometric mass and charge rigidities, and the electromagnetic 2-form from the phase Hessian. Focuses exclusively on falsifiable predictions and experimental reconstructions.
