Reality Drift Framework: The Representation Stack
Indexed indatacite
Abstract
This paper introduces the Representation Stack, a structural model within the Reality Drift Framework by A. Jacobs. The model describes how reality becomes transformed into measurable, optimizable, and interpretable layers across large-scale systems. The paper explains how misalignment can emerge as real-world conditions move through successive layers of measurement, metrics, optimization processes, structured outputs, and narrative interpretation. Each layer enables coordination and scale, but also introduces compression, context loss, and distance from the underlying reality being represented. This record should be treated as a core structural model within the Reality Drift Framework.
