Abstract This paper develops Total Reality Operator System under Single-Universe Boundary Consistency as a unified mathematical interface for the overall reality-network governed by one fixed boundary regime. Its central claim is that the previously established modules of the B_U framework—boundary standing, path admissibility, boundary rejection, structural pruning, information-update cost, feedback reinforcement, residual stratification, and consciousness-linked ordered closure—do not remain separate results.
