Abstract This paper establishes an exact-zero theorem for microscopic feedback contribution under the joint conditions of mother-structure admissibility, dynamic completeness, single-universe boundary consistency, and the unique fixed boundary. The central result is not that microscopic fluctuation is merely small, negligible, or statistically suppressed. The result is stronger: within the physically admissible microscopic domain, the spatially averaged feedback contribution vanishes exactly. The proof proceeds through two structural steps.
