Abstract

This canonical note introduces the temporal stratification developed in the Synkyria programme and argues that Operational Time names the middle temporal layer between measured succession and lived temporal appearance. In the Synkyrian sense, Operational Time denotes a viability-structured temporal regime under finite capacity; it does not mean uptime, processing delay, execution time, or clock duration alone. The note provides the main theoretical architecture of the temporal line and serves as the canonical anchor for its companion, translational, and experiment-facing extensions.
