Abstract

This short theoretical note presents a compact formulation of the temporal stratification developed in the Synkyria programme. It clarifies Operational Time in the Synkyrian sense as a viability-structured temporal regime under finite capacity and serves as a concise companion to the canonical note Temporal Stratification and Operational Time in Synkyria.
