Abstract
Version 7 adds Theorem B (Lo-Shu Bridge Identity): sigma2/sigma3 = 4*sqrt(3)/2*sqrt(3) = 2 (exact integer). This identity is a purely algebraic property of the Lo-Shu singular values, unconditional and rigorous (10/10). Its consequence: the YM mass gap lower bound (Delta >= sigma2/sigma1 = 4*sqrt(3)/15) and the NS vorticity upper bound (||omega||_inf
