Abstract

First tagged release since the canonical-repo consolidation; the version the NWT Paper 21a/21b bundle is built against. Highlights Split-brain consolidation: P6b/P7b/ρ/confinement closures ported into the canonical library; the vendored copy in the paper repo is retired (library is cited by version + DOI, never vendored). Cross-architecture QPU interface (nwt_substrate.qpu, M1–M4): vendor-neutral spec/decode/adapters (IBM, Braket, sim) + capabilities/preflight + runner; canonical-counts contract; destructive CSS readout default. Cosmology migration: Ω_b/Ω_c, Λ_cc, η_B, K_8 code (algebra.codes.k8), importing isa.constants. Decay constants (particles.decay_constants): heavy + vector mesons + B_c (P7b §7.5/§7.6).…
