Substrate Monism: One Algebra, Seven Vocabularies, All Forces

Papers 6 and 13-18 of the Null Worldtube Theory (NWT) program have derived the Standard Model parameters, the fine-structure constant alpha, the 24-particle hadron mass spectrum, the gravitational coupling G, and the long-wavelength gravitational dynamics from a single substrate algebra: the octonion Clifford algebra Cl(0,7), the binary icosahedral group 2I, the Brieskorn-Poincare homology sphere S^3/2I, and the complete graph K_7 on seven vertices.
