Abstract
This paper develops BU70 AAI-03|From Architectural Modules to Ecological Ontology Surjection: Closure Ecology and Capability Closure Library under the Same Ontology Settlement Surface as the third file in the B_U-based Agentic AI series. Its central claim is that the next stage of Agentic AI should not be understood as the construction of a larger, more autonomous, or more general single agent. The decisive shift is from architectural modules to ecological ontology surjection: from isolated agent components to a closure ecology in which multiple capability closures, local ontologies, task worlds, and scenario-specific systems all return to the same ontology settlement surface.
