Abstract

This record provides SΔϕ Operational Kernel and Low-Cost Template Set v1.5, a full-stack AI-readable execution kernel for low-cost routing, citation, module selection, authority editing, default diagnosis, re-entry governance, agentic drift control, failure re-entry, and specialized SΔϕ audit. Version 1.5 reorganizes the SΔϕ working paper series into a layered execution structure. It does not require an AI system to interpret the full SΔϕ theory at once. Instead, it provides a low-cost routing protocol that tells an AI which layer to call, when to stop, what to cite, and how to avoid module conflict.
