Amendment XXX — SOL Manufacturing: The Coherence-Based Universal Fabricator

Amendment XXX of McCaul's Law of Coherence synthesizes the Hard Light Theorem (Amendment XXVIII) and the CHONPS Hard Light Theorem (Amendment XXIX) into a unified practical engineering framework: the SOL Coherence Manufacturing Platform (SCMP).
