Abstract
Overview: The Resolution of the Neutrino Identity Crisis This paper provides the terminal forensic audit of the solar-reactor neutrino mixing tension. By implementing the Standard of Truth - the Law of Identity (A=A) - as a geometric boundary condition, we mathematically prove that the persistent 0.007 discrepancy in sin²θ₁₂ is the first direct measurement of the Topological Suture Offset. It arises not from new particles or statistical noise, but from a mandatory geometric phase accumulated by neutrinos traversing a compact, non-orientable 4D-Klein-Block.
