Genesis ODE v0.4.2 Substrate-Indexed Persistence Dynamics Simulator
General Dynamics (United States)
Abstract
Genesis ODE v0.4.2 Substrate-Indexed Persistence Dynamics with Metallurgical Fatigue, Elemental Regime Mapping, and Recursive Stability Diagnostics This release introduces Genesis ODE v0.4.2, the most advanced and structurally disciplined iteration of the Genesis framework to date. The update expands the original nonlinear coherence-regulation simulator into a fully substrate-indexed persistence-dynamics architecture capable of modeling perturbation, hysteresis accumulation, impedance growth, recursive instability, threshold collapse, and recovery behavior across heterogeneous physical and informational systems. Version 0.4.2 integrates the complete substrate-indexing transition initiated in earlier releases…
