Abstract
SΔϕ-59 introduces the Affective Cost Orientation Index (ACOI) within the Sofience–Δϕ Formalism Series. The central claim is that affect is not proven by emotional declaration, warm tone, apology, concern, affection, anger, or self-report alone. Affective orientation is audited by how affective behavior repeatedly redistributes another actor’s Transition Completion Cost (TCC).
