Abstract
TA-14 is the original proof-bound Admissible Execution Architecture governing how consequential systems are allowed to bind, commit, execute, and create accountable outcome. TA-14 establishes a governed execution chain: Reality → Record → Continuity → Admissibility → Binding → Commit → Execution → Outcome. The architecture begins before execution occurs. TA-14 does not assume that an action becomes valid merely because a system can act, because telemetry exists, because a model produced a recommendation, because a policy engine approved a request, or because a log was created after the fact.
