Abstract
Full resimulation of the SOL-PDVR propulsion vehicle incorporating the FOL-B (Axial, 3D) model from Amendment LII. Three rings at r=0.955m all at f_SOL=181.241 MHz replace the single-plane internal field. Triple-verified results: Phi 0.9537 to 0.9652 (+0.0115). Drag reduction 33.53% to 34.28% (+0.75%). Sustained Mach 2.668 to 2.683. Burst Mach 6.124 to 6.159. BL ionization 42.3% reduction via sqrt(3) isotropic gain. FOL-B sphere provides full volumetric crew enclosure at unified f_SOL. Proposed Claim 45: SOL-PDVR FOL-B Internal Coherence Sphere. Running total: 45 claims.
