Abstract
Public Part II origins-of-life archive for the Constraint-Driven Flux Dynamics project. The release includes a twelve-paper manuscript spine, compiled PDFs, LaTeX sources, supplementary Python scripts, generated figures and checks, interactive panels, bibliography, named laws/tests, and reproducibility instructions. Part II explicitly cites CDFD Part I DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20250821 for CDFL, the public flow-constraint-memory language, and aligns the manuscript archive with the public CDFD Runtime. The archive is released as open preprint material with reproducible toy diagnostics; it is not peer reviewed and does not by itself establish empirical validation of origin-of-life hypotheses.
