Abstract
Amendment LXXXV to the McCaul Compendium of Coherence. Two interconnected advances are established. First: the Tau_Release Refinement Engine — a three-method triangulation framework for narrowing TDST seismic and atmospheric discharge predictions from the current 72-hour window to sub-10-hour single-digit precision as the calibration dataset grows. Method A: Phi_litho exponential decay extrapolation projecting time to critical floor (0.30). Method B: Solar-litho decoupling index D = dPhi_solar/dt minus dPhi_litho/dt.
