Paper13_ARI-Based Post-Cloud Preservation and Reference Infrastructure

This paper develops ARI-based post-cloud preservation and reference infrastructure for AI and AGI environments. It addresses the need for provider-independent reference continuity across documents, code, media, conversations, institutional records, evidentiary references, economic reference objects, and physical-digital contexts. The framework does not define a cloud replacement product, storage service, execution platform, evidence-confirmation system, legal archive, settlement mechanism, or provider-control system.
