CASE STUDY: THE FREDERICKSBURG RING Five Jurisdictions, One Corridor, and the I-95 Path South

Since 2022, the five jurisdictions surrounding the Rappahannock River fall line (Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline, and King George counties, and the independent City of Fredericksburg) have approved data center campuses totaling at least 5.4 gigawatts of reported capacity and roughly 44 million square feet of entitled building area.
