Abstract

The rising demand for plant-based milk alternatives (PBMAs) reflects growing consumer interest in sustainable nutrition and healthier diets. This review provides a comprehensive examination of the nutritional quality, health impacts, and sustainability of PBMAs derived from cereals, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
