The Sovereign One The Human Prerequisite in the Era of AI-Accelerated Civilization

This document introduces The Sovereign One — a practiced philosophy of self-mastery built on three pillars (Zì Zhǔ, Wěn Liàng, Xiāo Yáo) — as the foundational human prerequisite for effective collaboration with artificial intelligence at its highest capacity. Drawing on the conversation dataset documented in CHO In Action Episode 2 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18965525), this paper argues that AI functions as an amplifier: it magnifies clarity and noise, sovereignty and dependency, empowerment and paralysis with equal force.
